We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California and other state privacy laws. See Section 9.

9. YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

To exercise any right, contact support@pearlearthjewelry.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request" and provide information to verify your identity and state of residence.

a) CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA / CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing (via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer), limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice).

b) VIRGINIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, UTAH, TEXAS, OREGON, MONTANA, DELAWARE, IOWA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, TENNESSEE, AND FLORIDA RESIDENTS: rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising and "sale," appeal a denial (where applicable), and non-discrimination.

c) RIGHT TO APPEAL: if we decline a request, email support@pearlearthjewelry.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Appeal." If denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We require all purchasers to confirm they are at least 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@pearlearthjewelry.com and we will delete it.

In compliance with the California "Eraser Law" (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22581), minors under 18 who are registered users may request removal of content they have posted publicly.

11. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

We respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from California, Colorado, and Connecticut residents by treating them as a valid opt-out of "sale" and "sharing." We do not currently respond to general DNT signals due to the absence of a uniform standard.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed outside the United States, including:

b) The People's Republic of China — for order fulfillment;
